Moments in life
There are moments in life when you don't have enough power, strength or answers. I want you to know there is Someone that can be strength, power and healing for you, and His Name is Jesus!
The whole world is going through turmoil at the moment. We are facing things and lifestyles that we have never faced before. Sickness and diseases. We are being forced to take vaccines against our beliefs. Vaccines that hasn't even been properly tested. All of this is part of a bigger picture. This is not strange, as the word of God clearly states that these things will happen and the coming of the Lord is drawing closer each day.
- "There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven". - Luke 21:11
Each one of us is fighting some sort of battle every day. It might be a divorce, or drugs, or alcoholism, homosexuality, gambling, Idolatry, depression, anxiety, mental health problems, perversion, physical or emotional abuse, sickness & diseases, family problems, work problems and the list goes on.
What makes all of this ok is the fact that we know that we have a God who is an All Loving and all knowing God. God knows all things, past, present and future, real and potential, and He knows them all at the same time. He not only knows what was, and what is, he also knows what will be. More than that, he knows everything that could be but is not. ... The Bible says that God searches the hearts of men (Romans 8:27).
This means that God is for us and not against us. God is there to help you with any problem you might be facing today. He doesn't care how bad the problem is, or how bad you might think the problem is. Nothing is too big or too small to fix for God. What does the bible say about this? Jesus said in Matthew 21:22, "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." When you ask in prayer and believe, you will receive. Because there is no situation too hard for God to solve. But if you have an unwilling spirit, or an unconcerned attitude, you can limit our Almighty God.
GOD IS WITH US THROUGH HARD TIMES. During physical struggles, we know that God's abiding presence is always with us. ...
God strengthens you. ...
Isaiah 41:10 (NIV) "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand".
God brings healing. .
Jeremiah 33:6 (NIV) “ ‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.
God provides peace.
John 14:27 (NIV) Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
God lightens your burdens.
Matthew 11:30 (NIV) For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
God can only strengthen you, heal you, give you peace and lighten your burden you if you are living according to His word. God provides all the above in so many different ways. The word of God backs up everything it says. The thing about all of this is the fact that you have to give your life to God to be able to receive His promises. You cannot live your life as a sinner and expect Him to help you. It doesn't work that way.
God wants to help you, but He will not force you to get saved. He will not force you into anything. He is a gentleman. The same with my own life. God left me alone and let me be for so many years. Yes the Holy Spirit convicted me many times, but I did not want help. I thought I was living a good life. I thought He loved me for me and nothing else mattered, but that is a lie and a tactic the devil uses to deceive us.
The Bible places an emphasis on God’s strength in our salvation. Man can in no way save himself. Only God can save. Paul makes this abundantly clear: “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8–9). These two verses are the most forceful summary of the dynamics of salvation found anywhere in the Bible. They help us to understand the contrast between man’s total helplessness and God’s insuperable strength. “God alone . . . has the power to save or to destroy” (James 4:12, NLT).
The Bible illustrates God’s strength to save in the story of Gideon. The Israelites were facing a Midianite army described as “thick as locusts” with “camels as numerous as the grains of sand on the seashore” (Judges 7:12). Gideon mustered his troops, and they numbered 32,000. God said that was too many, and Gideon reduced them to 10,000 (Judges 7:2–3). Still too many, God said, and He reduced Gideon’s forces to a mere 300 men (verses 7–8). God had stated His purpose in paring the Israelite army down to almost nothing in verse 2: “You have too many men. I cannot deliver Midian into their hands, or Israel would boast against me, ‘My own strength has saved me.’” In the end, the Midianites are routed, God is glorified, and Israel is saved. The salvation came not through human strength but solely through the strength of the Lord working through men of faith.
The best place to be is in His presence. Being saved is the best thing that can ever happen to you in your life. It is the best thing that has happened to me! I cannot thank God enough for my salvation. The world is withering away in front of our eyes. Things are only getting worse. The coming of the Lord is near. Do you really want to be left behind and burn in hell for eternity, or do you want to walk on streets of God, right beside Jesus Christ, God the Father, living in peace and happiness? Is God calling you today? Is God speaking to you today?
If He is speaking to you today, you can pray the prayer for salvation.
The sinners prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus.
I confess that I have sinned.
I open the door to my heart.
Lord Jesus, come inside, be Lord of my life
Wash away every sin in my life
Make me whole again

I resist you! I rebuke you!

From today onwards I stand before You and I declare that I will walk as a child of God
I declare that I am faithful and loyal to You
I thank You Lord that You will take care of my situation
My trust is in You
